By downloading, accessing, or using Momu ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

These Terms govern your use of the Momu mobile app and related services ("Services"), provided by Momu ("we", "us", or "our").

You agree to use Momu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of your journal entries, voice recordings, and other personal content created in Momu.

By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide features like AI-powered insights and cross-device synchronization.

You are responsible for backing up your important data. We are not liable for any data loss.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Momu may offer paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases. Prices, features, and billing terms will be displayed in the app before purchase.

All purchases are processed by the app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are subject to their respective policies.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, features, and functionality within the app are owned by Momu and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

Momu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

While Momu is designed to help you with journaling and personal reflection, we make no guarantees regarding health outcomes, personal improvements, or user-specific results.

Momu is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Momu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal well-being outcomes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Momu at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the app.

You may discontinue using the app at any time. Upon termination, your access to certain features may be revoked.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, changes to the law, or operational adjustments. You will be notified of material changes via the app or website.

Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
